7. The privacy policy and terms of use are formulated in the male gender for convenience only, and they apply equally to women and men.

It is emphasized that you are not legally obligated to provide the information and data, and the provision of information and data is dependent on your full consent and will. Please note that providing the information is necessary for using the application and receiving the services, and the Company cannot provide you with the services without the provision of the aforementioned information and data.

In order to register with the application and use the services offered by the Company, you are required to provide the Company with information and details about yourself, such as: identification document type and details, full name, residential address, date of birth, gender, email address, mobile phone number, identification documents, and other details.

The company may request access permissions to your device’s gallery and/or camera in order to submit various documents required for the registration process of the application and opening the wallet, as well as for performing various actions through the wallet that will require you to present different credentials.

13. The company may request access permissions to your contacts for the purpose of performing fund transfer actions through the application and/or other additional services through the application. In certain cases, it may not be possible to provide you with the service without the aforementioned permission.

In addition to the information you will provide to the company, the company will collect data about your usage and actions performed by you through the application and services, including information about deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and any other action made possible through the services.

It is important to note that the company’s systems, as software-based systems, hardware, and communication networks, are exposed to inherent risks associated with such systems, including malicious software (viruses, trojans, etc.), communication line interceptions, unauthorized access to the company’s application or other systems, and other online fraud. Although the company makes significant efforts to protect against these risks, it is not possible to provide absolute protection. There is no option for absolute blocking and damages and/or losses may occur due to the realization of any of the mentioned risks, including disclosure and/or disruption of transferred or displayed information within the application, disruptions in the operation of the application and services, delays in response times, including non-execution, incorrect execution, or delayed execution of any instruction, unavailability of the application, and similar occurrences.

29. As stated in the terms of use, the company shall be exempt from liability for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or expenses that may be caused to you as a result of any of the following events/causes:

29.1 Disruption in data or instructions, or non-performance or delayed execution of a payment instruction due to any malfunctions or disruptions in communication lines and/or faulty electronic or mechanical functioning, whether on your end, within the company, or with any third party through which the instructions and information pass.

29.2 Malfunction of any software and/or hardware you have.

29.3 Disclosure and exposure of information by you to any third party, as a result of using the services or due to providing inaccurate details and/or as a result of transferring your device to another party, including for the purpose of device repair, and including cases where such party may expect to receive information from the company through the device or perform various actions through it within the framework of the services, and you shall bear all damages, losses, or expenses incurred by you, the company, or any third party in connection with this.

29.4 Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content.

29.5 Any bug, virus, Trojan horse, or similar items that can be transmitted to or through any website, device, communication medium, or other platform, social network, or through any third party, or any content that is pasted, transmitted via email, broadcasted, or obtained in any other way.

29.6 Malfunctions or breaches in the device, the device’s operating system, or any installed application.

According to the Privacy Protection Law, Law No. 5719-1981, you are entitled to access information about yourself that is held in the company’s databases, as well as to request that the company correct or delete such information if it is inaccurate, incomplete, or not up to date. In order to exercise this right, you must submit a written request to the company via email to cs@worldcomfinance.com or through any other platform, social network, third party, or any other means by which the request, whether pasted in an email, transmitted, or obtained in any other way, is sent by mail.
