You should regularly review the Company’s privacy policy. Your continued use of the wallet and services will indicate your consent to the changes in the privacy policy as stated.

5. All definitions and terms appearing in this privacy policy shall be identical to those appearing in the Company’s terms of use unless the context requires otherwise.

6.The privacy policy and terms of use are formulated in the male gender for convenience only, and they apply equally to women and men.

Personal Information We Collect or May Collect

6.”Personal information” is any information related to an identified or identifiable individual, including but not limited to: identification document type and details, first name, last name, residential address, email address, date of birth, gender, mobile phone number, country of origin, bank account number, debit card details, IP, device ID, location data during your use of the wallet and/or services, and any other identifying detail or data.

8.In order to register with the application and use the services offered by the Company, you are required to provide the Company with information and details about yourself, such as: identification document type and details, full name, residential address, date of birth, gender, email address, mobile phone number, identification documents, and other details.

It is emphasized that you are not legally obligated to provide the information and data, and the provision of information and data is dependent on your full consent and will. Please note that providing the information is necessary for using the application and receiving the services, and the Company cannot provide you with the services without the provision of the aforementioned information and data.

9.As stated in the terms of use, all information provided to the Company during the registration process and/or the use of the services must be true, accurate, correct, and complete. You are required to update the information as provided during registration to ensure its accuracy and completeness.

10.Please note that personal information provided by you to the Company and/or collected about you by the Company may be verified against information about you already held by the Company or against similar information provided to or held by a third party authorized to provide such information to the Company.

11.The company may request access permissions to your device’s gallery and/or camera in order to submit various documents required for the registration process of the application and opening the wallet, as well as for performing various actions through the wallet that will require you to present different credentials. Please note that permission to access the gallery and/or camera is essential for the registration to the application, and we will not be able to provide you with the services (either all or some of them) without obtaining the mentioned permission.

12.The company may request access permissions to your contacts for the purpose of performing fund transfer actions through the application and/or other additional services through the application. In certain cases, it may not be possible to provide you with the service without the aforementioned permission.

13.In addition to the information you will provide to the company, the company will collect data about your usage and actions performed by you through the application and services, including information about deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and any other action made possible through the services. Additionally, information related to your inquiries to the company’s customer service (including call recordings for control and service improvement purposes) will be collected. Moreover, the company may collect information about your location during the use of the services in order to allow you to locate the company’s branches and/or nearest deposit points, as well as your device’s unique identifier, such as the IMEI number, on which the application is installed.

14.In addition to the above, the company may collect information regarding the use of websites, devices, applications, or other automated means, such as cookies and other technologies, as detailed in this privacy policy below.

How do we collect or gather personal information? 

15. The company collects personal information directly from you, for example, personal information provided by you during registration for the application and services.

16.The company collects personal information about you through your use of the application and the services offered by the company, including when you perform actions in the wallet, as well as when you visit the company’s website and/or application.

17.In addition, the company collects personal information about you when you contact the company for service (whether by telephone or online). Please note that some of the calls made to the company’s support center are recorded for control and service quality purposes.

The company may receive personal information about you from third parties with whom it collaborates to provide the services, including Max Company and/or Isracard, which issues prepaid debit cards to the company’s customers, or other operational entities with whom the company maintains business relationships for the purpose of service delivery.

It is clarified that the company is not responsible for the use of your personal information by third parties who hold such information, and it is recommended to review the terms of use and privacy policy of those third parties.

19.The company may also collect personal information from public sources.

How do we use personal information and for what purposes? 

20. The company may use the personal information about you for the following purposes and uses: 

20.1. Providing the services offered by the company through the application. 

20.2. Ongoing operation of the application and services, including resolving technical and operational malfunctions, improving service quality, and contacting users. 

20.3. Personalizing the services offered to you by the company, data analysis, and development of products and services that may interest you. 

20.4. Sending marketing and advertising materials, such as offers, services, promotions, and recommendations, including by mail, email, SMS messages, automated dialing system, or any other means of communication, based on your location and preferences as recorded from the use of the application and services.

20.6. Managing the ongoing business needs of the company, including customer communication, activity management, business continuity, data analysis, development of new products and services, etc. 

20.7. For statistical purposes of the company, including creating anonymous data sets, reporting, analyzing trends, and generating analytical models. 

20.8. Creating, offering, and operating marketing collaborations and customer clubs. 

20.9. Protecting against fraud, preventing fraud, handling fraud cases, and preventing unauthorized and/or unlawful use of your account in the application, as well as securing information, complying with applicable laws, and reporting according to applicable legal requirements on the company. 

20.10. In order to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the company and for the purpose of risk management and legal and/or regulatory proceedings.

Who may we share personal information with? 

21. The company will not transfer, sell, transmit, or share your personal information with third parties without obtaining your explicit consent.

22.Notwithstanding the above, the company may disclose and/or share your personal information with third parties in the following cases:

Service providers acting on behalf of the company, such as beneficiaries of benefits programs and/or other participants in payment systems and/or within the framework of business cooperation maintained by the company for the purpose of and/or in connection with the provision of the services offered by it. 

22.6. Other entities as required by law or in the event of sale or transfer of the company’s business and/or assets. 

22.7. Sharing anonymous statistical information with the company’s business partners for the purpose of improving services and/or providing new services.

The manner and duration of saving personal information

23. The company maintains registered databases as required by law for the purpose of preserving the details and information provided and/or collected about users of the application and/or services. The information databases serve, among other things, for the purposes of managing and operating the application and services, operational needs, marketing and/or statistical purposes, providing service to customers and users, sales operation and management, conducting surveys, conducting research, direct mailing, and the like, all subject to the provisions of this privacy policy.

24.The company will retain your personal information for as long as the information is necessary to achieve the purposes and perform the actions detailed in this privacy policy above, as well as for any additional period required or permitted by law.

26.Please note that deleting the application from your smartphone does not constitute the termination of your relationship with the company, Therefore, as long as your relationship with the company has not ended in accordance with the terms of use, the company may continue to use the existing information about you in its databases. Additionally, after the termination of the relationship, the company will continue to retain the existing personal information about you in its databases in accordance with legal requirements and/or as permitted by law. However, the company will not engage in commercial use of the information as stated.

28.It is important to note that the company’s systems, as software-based systems, hardware, and communication networks, are exposed to inherent risks associated with such systems, including malicious software (viruses, trojans, etc.), communication line interceptions, unauthorized access to the company’s application or other systems, and other online fraud. Disruption in data or instructions, or non-performance or delayed execution of a payment instruction due to any malfunctions or disruptions in communication lines and/or faulty electronic or mechanical functioning, whether on your end, within the company, or with any third party through which the instructions and information pass.

29.2. Malfunction of any software and/or hardware you have.

29.3. Disclosure and exposure of information by you to any third party, as a result of using the services or due to providing inaccurate details and/or as a result of transferring your device to another party, including for the purpose of device repair, and including cases where such party may expect to receive information from the company through the device or perform various actions through it within the framework of the services, and you shall bear all damages, losses, or expenses incurred by you, the company, or any third party in connection with this. 

29.4. Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content. 

29.5. Any bug, virus, Trojan horse, or similar items that can be transmitted to or through any website, device, communication medium, or other platform, social network, or through any third party, or any content that is pasted, transmitted via email, broadcasted, or obtained in any other way. 

29.6. Malfunctions or breaches in the device, the device’s operating system, or any installed application.


Rights to Personal Information
