To sign up, you just need to provide some basic information such as your complete name, email, and phone number. After that, select a strong password and confirm your phone number using an SMS code.

Once you complete these simple steps, you’ll be ready to go! To sign up, either visit the provided link or download the app from the IOS/Android store.

Additionally, you can access a web guide by clicking the corresponding link or watch a video guide by clicking another link.

To send money you need to select the “SEND MONEY” section in our app. 

Please input the desired sum, provide beneficiary information including banking details, and verify that all information and amount are accurate. Subsequently, ensure that you have sufficient funds by either depositing cash at one of our deposit locations, which include GMT, Super-Pharm or Post Office, or through a wire transfer from your Israeli bank account or Postal Doar Account. You may also choose to deposit using your Credit/Debit Card or Bank of Jerusalem Kessef Card. Your transaction will be processed on the same day.

There are a number of ways to deposit money to your Rewire account as follows: You can deposit by cash at one of our deposit points in Super-Pharm, Post Office (Doar) or GMT. You can load by wire transfer from your Israeli bank account or Postal Doar Account. You can deposit from your Credit/Debit Card or Kessef Card. It’s no problem. Go to the app, then you need to click “forgot” under the password section in the login page. You will need to enter your phone number, a code will be sent via SMS. You will then need to insert that code and after that, you will be able to change your password.
